Is The Advocare 24 Day Challenge?
The Advocare 24 Day Challenge is a
comprehensive weight loss program designed in conjunction with top nutrition

The challenge is broken up into 2 phases:

I know it sounds kind of gross to think about
stored harmful toxins in your body but trust me they are there and you will
need to get rid of them before you have any chance of reaching your desired
results.

start” that you need before starting any significant lifestyle change.
During days 1-10 of the 24
day challenge Advocare you will take just 3 products from your challenge,
hold the rest for the max phase.

You will consume 5-6 small meals/snacks per
day while on the challenge, this should be continued once you have completed
the 24 days as it will help you increase then maintain a healthy metabolism.
Don’t think this is some fad diet where you
will be eating no carbs or watching your calories so closely that you will not
have time to still enjoy your life, this is a program to jump start your goals
and teach you how to sustain this lifestyle yet enjoy the FAST results within
the 24days!
In your first 10 days you will need to avoid
the following foods: alcohol, fried foods, refined sugars, syrups, honey, corn,
breads, potatoes, crackers, chips, candy, white rice, cheeses/dairy, dressings/condiments/creamy
sauces, dried(candied) or canned fruits, lunch meats, energy drinks and sodas.
What you should be eating during this first 10
days is fresh fruits, green vegetables, salads, chicken, fish, turkey, eggs,
lean red meats, lean ground beef or turkey, tofu, avocados, natural peanut
butter, and unsalted cashews or almonds.
This will probably be a pretty drastic
lifestyle change for most people, but keep in mind that it is only for 10 days
and the point is to get the harmful toxins out of your body and not at new
toxins. (If you choose to not do a cleanse or you do not need one because you
have done one in the last 3months, we will start you on the MNS or MAX phase
immediately)
Once you pass the first 10 days, you will move
into the max phase meal plan which is very similar to the food choices from the
cleanse phase but not as restrictive.
The Max phase is broken down in two types of
days, “Burn” and “Refuel” days – on burn days you will be increasing your
intake of healthy fat and lean proteins and on refuel days you will be allowed
to increase your intake of starchy carbohydrates and fruits at breakfast and
lunch only.
