Week 3 of the 10 week Challenge - The Dirty Thirty!

I know this is a bit late in week 3 but it will be a good one for sure...I promise!!!

It is time to dig deep and push yourself on this one. Thanksgiving is over but Christmas is right around the corner so don't quit now. We are three weeks in, working hard for this result is what we do!!!  Try to complete each exercise without stopping and don't worry about the burn, after this shocker you will be craving more or at least we were!!!

Week 3-the dirty thirty

3 Rounds for time!

 

30 second Plank hold

30 knee tuck jumps

30 push-ups

30 double unders or 60 single jump ropes

30 burpees
