10 week Challenge: WEEK 2

Hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving holiday and didn't fall off the wagon too hard!!! Either way- time to get back on track!

Here is my 2nd weeks workout challenge! You are to complete the following for a total of 4 rounds as fast as possible! Then post/share your time with us!

20 box jumps

20 push ups

20 bodyweight squats

20 burpees

20 dive-bombers

Repeat 4 rounds for time
